The position is based in HR Outsourcing Department, the mainly work include:
1. Monthly payroll process;
2. Monthly salary payment;
3. Monthly IIT declaration;
4. Monthly social insurance and housing fund process;
5. Responsible for the employees’ on board/exit process;
6. Responsible for the employment contract management (include the renewal and termination);
7. Responsible for the work permit and work residence application/renewal for Foreign executives;
8. Support the HR supervisor on recruiting;
9. Other projects support assigned by HR supervisor.
1. 1-2 years at least with HR/Payroll experiences;
2. Bachelor's degree or above;
3. Strong initiative in capture new knowledge and strong interpersonal communication skill;
4. Positive working attitude and good at work under pressure;
5. Good command of English in written.
