? Develop targeted CVS customers into direct sales model, central contact, negotiate, plan & forecast.
? Develop annual business plan by account in CVS, set clear objectives, checkpoints and tollgates.
? Deliver results within agreed trading parameters: revenue, share and premium development in CVS.
? Build and maintain highly effective trading relationship with the customer trading team.
? Build O2O business model with relevant customers and e-platforms: activity plan, ways of communication, execution and tracking, evaluation and continuously improvement.
? 6~8 years working experiences with 5 years in FMCG
? Be familiar with CVS business and direct service model.
? Have some experience of handling some hyper customers, e.g. C4, Wal-Mart, YH, RTM, Auchan.
? Have knowledge of O2O (JD daojia, taoxianda, ele.me, meituan, etc).
? Be open to explore new business opportunities.
? Good at communication / negotiation / data analysis.
? Teamwork assertiveness and entrepreneurship.
? University degree or above.
