The main objective of this position is to provide internal sales support to the sales team, cross functional units as well as the customers. Although its role is not a direct sale, but it provides solid support to the daily sales management, order processing, payment collection & shipment etc., In addition, it can facilitate the relationship between the customer & the company as well as improving the customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities :
1.Taking care of inbound call, general enquiries respond & support to sales
2.Price & customer data base maintenance; keep active price/customer
3.Keep all PO, contracts, dealer/rebate agreement hard and soft copy in the office or share drive.
4.Prepare weekly/monthly sales & booking report, coordinate weekly forecast update, monthly bowling chart update, margin analysis & monthly commission calculation
5.Monitor safety stock, holding S&OP meeting based on sales forecast in the pipeline.
6.Coordinate order processing, quality/warranty complain handling, shipment and payment collection.
7.Support other IG general daily sales activities whenever applicable
Key Qualifications :
1.University graduate or Diploma student
2.Good computer software (like excel, word & power point) usage skill
3.Strong communication skills (include verbal & written)
4.Good listening skill
5.Strong attention to details
6.Self-motivated, responsive, aggressive, competitive, energetic & independent
7.Be able to speak English
8.Prefer 5 days a week attendance
