1.Ensure the tasks of the Document Processing Operations department in line with current guidelines and procedure.
2.Ensure high accuracy and productivity of all Operations output and perform all in view of our Operational Excellence.
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:
1 Road operation support
2 issue Road house-waybill correctly and on time
3 Ensure timely collection of all shipment related documents.
4 Road shipment related information creation in OFS
5 Update tracking & tracing report and update the milestone in OFS.
6 internal billing verify and system invoice issuing correctly and on time
7 Back up for other team members when necessary.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
CET4 or above, good communication skill
