职责描述Job Specifications and Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the collection of bidding information, the preparation of bidding documents and the corresponding work involved in the bidding documents.
Be responsible for assisting sales department to prepare the bidding.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents, typesetting, printing, copying and binding of the whole tender documents, and complete the tender documents production as scheduled.
Be responsible for actively coordinating with the project leader and relevant departments of the company for the problems in the preparation process of bidding documents. Ensure the documents are delivered on time.
Be responsible for the management of business archives.
Assist in daily administrative work of the office, including sending invoices, stamping documents and contracts, sending and receiving express, booking itinerary and other administrative work.
Any other assignment from high management.
Bachelor degree, mechanical, electrical, engineering is preferred.
At least 3years support experience, in equipment/instrument industry is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Strong self-drive, and accountabilities for results.
Proficient in Office software skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Presentation etc).
Excellent English written, oral communication is preferred.
Experience in sales selling process is preferred, like quotation, contract and invoice process.
