Objective of the Position / 岗位目标
1/Assist in the Management of Weber R&D Department in SGRS
2/Lead R&D projects allowing the development of novel and innovative premix solutions
3/Build up networking with R&D departments, plants, Universities, Competence Centers, and other functions within SG Group
4/Establish cementitious material competences
5/Provide technical support and solutions to satisfy business needs
6/Cooperate with Business unit in the definition of the projects, follow up and results
Principal Accountabilities ( % of time, What, How and Why) / 主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）
-Provide technical leadership, maintain/improve technical know-how and competencies;
-Participate actively in the external conference and internal project review meeting, involving in planning, developing, and leading projects / programs, contributing expertise and new technologies or the application of the existing technologies to support R&D programs.
-Maintain hands-on involvement with customers' needs and requirements through review meeting to assist in solving problems and formulation future program needs.
-Participate and coordinate new ideas part of innovation -Support patent filling to protect the intellectual properties of premix solutions -Manage and train R&D technician and Junior Engineer
3/Organize and Coordinate
-Build up and extend networking with relevant R&D centers, plants and other functions within SG group;
-Organize and leverage internal resource to continuously build up competency in SGRS;
-Organize sharing activities; Coordination of technical work with technician
3. Qualification & Skills:
1/ Master degree and above in cement or polymer chemistry or related majors
2/Solid theoretical knowledge, extensive R&D and application experience in polymer modified cementitious materials (or cement mortar additives)
3/ Strong project management skill
3/ English compulsory, good English in both written and spoken
4/ Open minded, initiative, formulation, and ability to become autonomous, curious.
