What does the role involve?
Leading the development of comprehensive cost models supported by our sourcing experts
Identifying the relevant cost drivers considering nature of product
Screen the market for sourcing specific products and drive the decision to select potential new partners of our supply chain
Assess options of re-sourcing a specific group of items including analysing the requirements
Responsible for supply management, such as supplier contract, quality management, delivery management, and so on.
Take lead in supply function to roll out TTM project and Re-sourcing project
Responsible for supply database management with software (Ariba)
Manage supplier on daily operation, and ensure they are on high performance with 4 indicators – Quality, Cost, Delivery and Risk.
Effectively communicate with Supply Teams in Headquarter for project execution.
Effectively implement Hilti Global Process Management System into Re-sourcing and Time To Money project.
Work at other duties as assigned by supervisor.

What you need is:
Minimum Experience & Qualifications
University degree, major in Engineering
Engage in activities beyond studies and demonstrate great leadership
Highly committed and self-driven personality
Ambitious and wants to build a career in a multi-national, technology-driven company
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skill
Self-motivated, strong customer orientation and with a “can-do” attitude
Able to travel globally with short-notice
Computer skills required (Office, Excel, SAP beneficial)
High willingness to learn with short time
Highly proficient in English and Chinese
