What's the role?
Our management associate program is a 24 months development program. You will participate in multiple workshops and assignments as an individual contributor in Quality, Supply, Development and Project Management, working in projects for new products, strategic topics and supporting the daily business.

What does the role involve?
Support strategic initiatives to develop a global supplier development program
Operational support of supplier development for ACDS supplier during serial production and ramp-up
Visit suppliers to support onsite improvement activities
Assist regarding follow up, documentation of reports and achieving
Supporting projects by inspecting of samples to ensuring conformity with specifications
Cooperate and coordinate with departments in ACDS and global functions in headquarters

What you need is:
Minimum Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree with the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
Ability to communicate fluently in English and an understanding of German is preferred.
Open-mind attitude, energetic and dynamitic.
Available for international mobility.
Team player with excellent communication skills, social and intercultural competences.
