o Employee data and document management including but not limited to FD, PMP, P- file, training records, O-chart, staff information, visier, Probation tracking list and maintaining HRIS etc.;
o Be responsible for the intern recruiting, including interview arrangement/feedback, intern’s relevant document’s managing and archiving, monthly intern service fee’s checking;
o Draft employee announcement;
o Training record and external training application record update;
o Enroll On-line training;
o Assist with Shanghai residence permit and Shanghai hukou;
o Be responsible for foreigner’s tax breakdown and medical insurance;
o Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
o Bachelor's degree or above; Major in Human Resources will be preferred;
o half year work experience in several HR functions;
o Able to work with people of different culture and education background;
o Savvy in relevant labor law;
o Good internal and external customer mind-set;
o Good English both in oral and writing;
o Good computer skills and familiar with MS Office.
