IT Service Desk Apprentice
REPORTING TO : Regional IT Infrastructure Manager
GEOGRAPHICAL Shanghai, China REPORTING LOCATION :
Period: About 4 months based on candidate’s availabilities (during Winter holidays)
WORKING LOCATION : Shanghai, China
Description: The candidate will be based in Shanghai, joining NSC IT Infrastrucuture CN team, mentored by IT ServiceDesk South China. He/she will be trained with basic IT support technique - AD operations, printers, Emails, Computer trouble shooting, MS Office and documentation skills.
Project Description Mentor User
- Data Storage Policy Roll Out Shanghai Apprentice will be trained with standard PC settings in Eurofins. He/she will go to IT System Users seats, install backup widget on each computer, verify the availability to backup. Finally help user sign the checklist form.
- Inventory Management Apprentice will be trained with CMDB (possibly), manually add/update computer information which is not connected to Eurofins network (for all China) Ryan Xue Payment Document Apprentice will be trained with IT Infra CN expense claim process and documentation for IT purchase and eventually improve the process.
- Daily IT Support Apprentice will be trained with common IT Incidents and IT Service Requests (account creation , email, folder access, OTRS etc). Will be part of daily user support role answering phone call, register ticket and solve if possible. Ryan Xue
