The administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to senior managers, directors and their teams at Asia Technology Center (ATC).
Key Areas of Responsibility
· Functional regular meeting or event organization; · Maintain appointments and meetings by scheduling and coordinating appropriate time for the Senior Managers and Directors in ATC; · Trip arrangement, including passport, visa, flight, hotel, local transportation and etc; · Document/material preparation, translation & filing; · Handling general information phone calls; · Composing and finalizing correspondence and communications (Letter, Courier etc.) for the Senior Managers and Directors; · Stationery including name cards & others; · Coordination among relevant teams; · Manage purchasing order (PO) and capital management system (CMS) regular work for ATC. · Collecting monthly highlights from scientists in Specialty Compounds and consolidate into one file. Other Assignment · Support team meetings and projects; · Other assignment from directors
· Proficiency in English speaking and writing · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; · Proficiency in PC Skills (MS Office, One Notes, etc.) · Be dedicated to work, can work under pressure. · Proactive and problem-solving mindset · Result oriented and pay attention to details
· Bachelor degree, preferably in Admin and English; · 1 year relevant work experience in a multinational company, fresh graduate is also welcomed.
