? Support the day-to-day operations HR administration (on boarding administration, prepare new hire offer, contract and starter kit, perform pre-employment and post-employment checks, p-file management, handle employee enquiries, benefits front end processing, employee life cycle administration, certificate of employment processing, exit management, etc.);
? Ensure that daily operations are meeting customer expectations and are delivered in accordance to the Service Level Memorandum (SLM) and in compliance to set regulatory, compliance, audit, risk and control and quality standards.
? Build strong working relationships with customers and identify process-improvements to deliver better customer service.
? Support all system enhancement projects and ad hoc initiatives related to process improvement.
? Demonstrate exemplary commitment to customer service, consistently meeting agreed timeframes and adjusting to changing priorities by displaying willingness, cooperation, and concern for business issues.
? Support any other HR Admin assigned work or projects.
? Maintain accurate and updates operations manuals or procedure guides.
? Handling HR systems query as and when required
