Performs reception support and general administrative duties. Support to senior level managers and the department. In addition to typing, filling, copying, answering phones, this position also performs duties such as coordination of meetings, obtaining supplies, running work-related errands.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for reception desk and receiving visitors;
To answer the telephone in a polite and courteous manner at all times; Answering telephone, putting clients through to correct dept/relevant person;
Organizing couriers deliveries;
Responsible for meeting room reservation and arrangement;
Booking of Hotel;
Update the internal telephone directory and corporate contact list;
Oversee general administration and maintenance needs of the office;
Undertake other necessary administrative job as required.
Good command English in listening, speaking and writing;
Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently;
Proficient computer skills are needed for this role, Word, Excel etc;
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
