The job holder is responsible for Key Account customers support and provides the sales daily support.
The position reports to: SAR Specialist
Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities and implement a personal safety action plan.
Support Key Account Customers
Support all the key account customers
Provide the training of company products, systems and applications to customers, including their designers, sales and installation workers to obtain recommendation for OC’s products in bidding
Provide the pricing of products to customers for their bidding
Process sales order
Communicate with customers timely and check account receivable and evidence of payment to make sure sales revenue return on time
3. Provides the sales daily support
Provides wide range of day-to-day administrative and secretarial support to Sales Managers, Sales team and clients
Annual distributors’ agreement review and signing. New distributors’ agreement check and signing
Take charge of the product samples and deliver them to customers to make sure customers can receive the samples timely
Send the testing materials to customers
Assist distributors/customers to apply for PMR, credit application and etc.
Provide manufacturing information in plants, inventory information and others to sales team and customers timely.
Assist Sales team to support chop issues and sent the documents to customers.
Input Sales Special Pricing request into SAR system
