Create and execute product-based marketing campaign and annual plan according to market trends and sales growth target.
Define and build up the right communication with trade media for on-line and off-line, B2B and B2C. (Automotive Aftermarket)
Work together with Sales team to establish local marketing strategy that is fit to the Automotive Aftermarket/MRO Industry in China.
Define products launch and promotion process. To involve all relevant department and functions during the process.
Conduct market study, analyze market share, market volume to support the marketing strategy and sales plan.
Responsible for the planning & execution of national & regional trade shows, customer events & Automotive Aftermarket sponsorship activities.
Marketing intelligence, research and competitor monitoring.
Ensure all the marketing material, messaging and communications (product brochure, catalogues, flyers, posters, videos, etc.) are consistent with Wuerth Group CI policies and guidelines.
Create external marketing materials to support sales and branding on the market.
Sales support and customer development activities.
Plan, control and management of project budget.

- Experience in MNC.
Minimum 2 years of successful marketing and communication experiences in Automotive Aftermarket.
Experienced cross-functional communications.
Strong planning, communication and presentation skills.
Experience in product management, project management, product sales or relevant experiences will be a plus.
- Applying with a portfolio will be preferable.
