- Provide hotline service in Cantonese
- Follow up each service requests till the problem solved.
- Monitor service requests and service calls and make sure they are following the correct service policies and procedures
- Handle parts orders and consumable orders and process orders to meet customer delivery needs
- Dispatch engineer to customer site
- Maintain contracts into SAP system
- Generate regular service reports for the region
- Build relationships with customers and suppliers
- Participate in Service/Operation projects as and when required
College Degree or above
Good at Cantonese
Previous Call Center experience is preferred Good command of both oral and written English
Self-managed with a sense of responsibility and accountability for their work

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and team minded
