1.Monitor regulatory updates, analyze regulations issued from CBIRC and PBOC, and provide compliance advice to the company.
2.Update and maintain regulatory reporting/notice ledger, ensure all regulatory reports of the company are submitted in due time.
3.Good and proactive communication with departments and quickly learn divisions of responsibilities of the company, allocate compliance reporting tasks to the right division, collect feedback on time, monitor, cross check reporting accuracy and quality, revise and incorporate into official compliance report.
4.Monitor company’s regulatory ratings, generate gap analysis according to regulatory requirement and company status, keep track and cooperate with all departments for improvements.
5.To liaise with regulatory authorities (CBIRC&PBOC), well communicate with relevant supervision departments for company’s compliance affairs, further clarification of regulatory requirements, and obtain regulatory approval of company’s new business.
6.Capable of accepting new regulatory tasks, proceed logical analysis and deliver proceeding/action plan.
7.To provide the reports to Board of Directors and management to keep them informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
8.To perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
1.Degree in law or audit is very desirable.
2.Good English skill, particularly in written and translation of regulations to be presented to the General Manager.
3.Knowledge in compliance, regulations and laws in banking industry.
4.Master of MS office.
5.Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
6.Strong data collation, administrative and time management skills.
7.Flexibility and creative in developing solutions.
8.Able to work independently and under pressure
