? Make IT yearly budget, cost tracking.
? Manage all IT related equipment including hardware and software orderings.
? Cooperate with Finance department for payment and expense for department colleague.
? Management inventory asset, regular check new asset and disposal record
? Work with PUR team in vendor sourcing, performance feedback (from RMs) and quality control.
? Proactively coordinate center opening/relocation/refurbishment project, including confirming the IT drawing with design team and logistics for goods delivery.
? Responsible for the department meetings, activities planning, preparation, implementation;
? manage the daily office supplies; sort out the internal processes
? Timely for staff reimbursement management and process enactment
? Create operation reports/dashboards to monitor system health status and team performance.
? Minimum 3 year experience in IT industry
? Good oral (English & Mandarin) and written skills
? Good PC Skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
? Good team work, strong interpersonal communication and coordination ability.
? Bachelor or equivalent relevant experience
