Job responsibilities & key functions
Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, workshops and conferences;
Support in preparation of routine letters, reports an organizational memoranda;
Produce variety of reports & presentations using appropriate software;
Take calls and relay messages when leader is travelling;
Translations between German, English and Chinese;
Support on project specific topics.
Main specifications (skills and experiences required)
Education requirements: studying German, Business administration or similar topic.
Professional experience: experience working in a multinational company an advantage;
Team assistant experience an advantage; Good it skills (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Personal qualities: attention to detail; highly motivated; excellent communication skills
Good in spoken and written German, English would be plus.
(basic understanding for communication, able to do text translation from German to English)
