Job Descriptions/职位描述:


Project Sales/Business Unit Pharma will be responsible for developing the Project Customer in pharmaceutical related Insustry and focus on project based of testo product. 

This role is based in Shanghai that serves with defined Project customer. While reporting to Business Unit Manager, the candidate will be the first group of our solution team in testo China.!

Main Responsibilities/主要职责


  • Support Business Unit Manager to Achieving the assigned yearly sales targets

完成事业部经理分派的年度销售目标

  • Maintain all aspects of the sales process to assigned customers

管理指定客户销售进程的各方面环节

  •  Provide a central point of contact for all assigned customers

提供一个合同重点给所有的指定客户

  • Managing the sales of projects and solutions to the relevant customers

管理销售的项目和解决方案给相关的客户

  • Maintaining and increasing project and solution sales  and  expanding the customer base

维护和增加项目和解决方案的销售和扩展客户基数

  • Ensure the optimised development of potential customers and manage the sales process effectively and efficiently

确保潜在客户良好的发展和管理销售进程的有效和高效性。

  • Acquisition and evaluation of new customers (incl. cold acquisition)

获取和评估新客户(包含陌生客户的获取)

  • Systematic exploitation of up-selling and cross-selling potentials

系统的开发向上和交叉销售的潜能

  •  Skillful “follow-up” and negotiating through to the conclusion of the opportunity

熟练的“随访”和凭借机会的推论谈判

  • Analyse  and identify of customers needs and business care

分析客户需要及解析商务案例给客户

  • Arrangement of visits according to customer requirements

根据客户的需求安排拜访

  • Collecting customer feedback and market research and analyse market competitors

收集客户的反馈和市场调研及分析市场竞争对手

  • Analyse market development and keeping up to date with products and competitors

分析市场发展及保持 产品和竞争对手的最新动态

  • Reaching the targets and goals set for the area

达到任务目标和区域设定的指标

  • Strategic positioning of Testo as a solution provider

理解并执行Testo作为解决方案提供商的战略调整目标

  • Coordinate a project team and Networking at relevant events/lobbying

协调项目团队并组织或参加相应的市场活动

  • Any reasonable management requests

Job Requirements/岗位需求


  • Proven success in direct sales of complex technical products and solutions

在直销领域和方案型销售方面有成功的经验

  • Experience in food or pharma market

有食品和药品市场的经验

  • Knowledge of food/pharma industry compliance, regulations, norms, standards, law

有食品/药品行业合规性,法规,规范,标准,法律的相关知识

  • Bachelor degree on Science and Technology academic or above

理工专业本科或以上学历

  • 5 years or above related experience, prior consider for any candidate who has at least 3 year key account/ project sales’

5年以上工作经验,其中包括3年以上大客户/项目销售,从事过餐饮相关行业,,优先考虑!

  • Team work sprit, and good internal coordination ability, willing frequent travel

具有团队合作,内部协调能力,能适应经常出差

  • Fluent oral, read and writing in English,good operative in MS office software (PPT, Excel & Word

英语口语流利,读写能力强。office办公软件操作熟练
