Key Account Manager/Business Unit Food will be responsible for developing the Key account in Food related Insustry and focus on total solutions of testo solution product.
This role is based in Shanghai that serves with defined KA customer. While reporting to Business Unit Manager, the candidate will be the first group of our solution team in testo China.!

Main Reponisbilities/主要职责:
- Achieving sales targets by ensuring the Key Account strategy is in alignment with long term Testo Solutions goals and objectives (2020 Strategy).
在确保主要客户战略与长期的德图解决方案目标(2020战略)保持一致的前提下,实现销售目标。
- Negotiation of favorable contracts with key accounts and manages daily relationships with these organizations.
与大客户谈判有利的合同,并管理与这些组织的日常关系。
- Provide a central point of contact for all assigned key accounts as well leading successful cases during implementation phase.
在实施阶段为所有分配的大客户提供中心联系点,以及领先的成功案例。
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products, making recommendations as required.
通过将公司产品与竞争产品的对比分析来评估市场竞争,并根据需要提出建议。
- Establishes best practices for Key Accounts that may be applied across the entire Greater China organization, including inbound lead processing.
建立可适用于整个大中华地区主要客户的***做法,包括处理跟进呼入电话中的销售线索。
- Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production, manages the rollout of relevant Testo solutions to key accounts.
通过制定有关销售、宣传和生产的时间积分计划,介绍并宣传新产品,争取把相关的德图解决方案销售给关键客户。
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related assignments as needed.
通过完成相应分配的任务,为团队做出贡献。
Skills & Qualification/要求技能和资格:
- In the field of fast food restaurants, key account management and sales experience to related target customers.
在快餐厅领域有大客户管理及向相关目标客户提供销售技术解决方案的经验。
- Have a good understanding of the needs of the food market quality management system.
对食品市场质量管理体系的需求有较强的了解。
- Have extensive experience of contacting key account /lead’s (supervisor level) customers.
有接触大客户主要联系人/领导(主管级别)的丰富经验。
- System Integration (SI) and related technical capabilities (including Information Systems IT and Sensors).
有系统集成(SI)以及相关技术能力(包含信息系统IT及传感器)。
- Have a strange visit (outgoing call) experience.
有陌生拜访(外呼电话)经验。
- Native Chinese and fluent in English.
母语为中文并且具有流利的英语水平。
- Be willing to travel on a business-as-needed to support the sales process and to headquarter in Germany.
根据需要愿意出差来支持销售流程及前往德国总部。
