- Responsible to position RealMax branding strategy and support company cloud based product and B2B2C wearable product launch and operations
- Responsible for marketing plan and execution, including brand positioning, product launch, VI system, media buy and management, content marketing, website, social media, apps and ecosystem, advertising, opinion monitoring and survey
- Establish training courses and conduct training for partners and sales channels
- Work closely with product team and leading data monitor partners to optimize traditional and digital media plan
- National and international market research in ARVR/AI/Smart devices segments, develop and define key client segments for company's products
- Build leads acquisition strategy to acquire sales leads by SEM, SEO, external BD activities, especially in Education, Industrial, and Culture and tourism industries.
- Plan and implement defense strategy to competitors.
- Ecosystem and Government relationship build
- 5 years+ brand building and marketing communication, better in consumer electronic goods industry
- Proven experience in launching marketing campaigns both on traditional media (radio, newspaper etc.) and digital media (Baidu, Weibo, Wechat, App media, etc.)
- Managed RMB 10M+ marketing budget before
- Proven experience in online acquisition and database marketing to acquire sales leads
- Experience in designing and implementing online marketing and e/m-commerce strategy
- Proven experience in customer segmentation and market research, better in AI/ARVR/Smart Devices industries.
- Written and conversational English and Chinese are a must
