What You’ll Be Doing
The position supports on HR data analytics and HROPS activities.
Support the HR analytics data needs collection;
Drive the E-document center project in 2019, conduct documents audit and follow up the audit result to ensure high quality of the document accuracy in the E-center;
Support on C&B and HR Operations activities as per request.
Quick learner and passionate on HR management. Fresh graduate with potential is preferred;
A strong team player who can work collaboratively with peers, Self-motivated, Results-oriented, Positive attitude, Pursue excellence;
Good verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese and English;
Technical skills in HR system management and data analytics is preferred.
