Responsibilities:

  1. Department Administrative Affairs
  2. Order & maintain office equipment/stationery
  3. Maintain work environment
  4. Act as liaison with vendors
  5. Organize departmental meetings/activities with creative approach
  1. Update team organization chart, name list and email groups timely
  2. Other responsibilities assigned by line manager

  2. Daily Administrative Support to APAC HCC Sector Lead & China HCCO
  3. Maintain HCC leaders’ calendar, arrange meetings and conference calls
  4. Assist HCC leaders with document preparation and file management
  5. Arrange business travel of HCC leaders, e.g. book air-ticket and hotel accommodation
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by HCC leaders

  8. Events/Meetings & Guest Visits
  1. Provide logistic support to guest visits & meetings
  2. Vendor coordination and management
  3. Track vendor payment and facilitate & follow up on payment process

4. Financial related

  1. Prepare office daily operation payment request including follow-up on contract review process
  2. Prepare expense report

Requirements:

· Bachelor or above degree

· 2+ years relevant experience in MNC

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese

· A good team player and willing to connect with internal and external stakeholders

· Self-motivated, problem solving skills and attention to details

· Good learning & creative attitude preferred

· Willing to take increased responsibilities through conscious and proactive learning and development
