Direct sourcing qualified candidates.
Conduct interview or phone interview, assist interview arrangements for hiring managers.
Maintain and update all recruiting status in Beisen system.
Offer negotiation and reference check.
Support onboarding process includes documents preparation and Welcome Notice for New Onboarding.
Assist campus hiring program and attend job fair.
Other duties assigned by line manager.
Bachelor’s degree or above,
Prefer having related recruiting experience in MNC,
Good communication skill,
A self-driven and highly motivated team player,
Able to work under pressure.
