? Perform Medical Information activities in line with Core Global Medical Information (MI) Standards sop-008513.
? Perform Medical Information activities in compliance of global and local requirements and regulations.
? Maintain daily management of the Affiliate Medical Information mailbox to ensure that all spontaneous MI enquiries are processed accordingly.
? Maintain daily management of the Global MIS by logging in on a regular basis during the working day.
? Create and maintain all documentation related to Medical Information Enquiry quality checking accordingly to standard operating procedure-associated instruction, associated form and guidance document.
? Conduct periodic Reconciliation accordingly to standard operating procedure-associated instruction for Medical Information Reconciliation with Patient Safety and Quality Assurance and associated form.
? Comply with the Content Management as per standard operating procedure-associated instruction for Global Products and guidance document.
? Participate in preparation, review and maintenance of all medical information Standard Response Documents (SRDs) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for assigned product(s) in line with sop-ai (per local Medical Information set-up).
? Provide regular updates and reporting related to Medical Information activities at Affiliate level.
? Regularly liaise with Global Medical Information and cross-functional stakeholders e.g Patient Safety, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs.
Medical Degree (M.D.)
? 2 -3year/s experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry within MI/MI of a multi-national bio-pharmaceutical company
? Mandatory - Undergraduate or post-graduate education in science related disciplines
? Ability to understand various key stakeholders and customers to respond appropriately
? Proficiency in use of PC applications
? Ability to manage and meet deadlines
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
? Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks within assigned objectives.
? Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
? Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze, and summarize scientific and medical information.
? Professional demeanor, team orientated, self-motivated, and ability to influence customers both externally and internally.
