Brand Manager, SLEK Baseline, Hair Care

Main Responsibilities
1. Innovation
- Propose product baseline shampoo innovation strategy based on consumer insights and ensure it’s in line with business strategy
- Steer planned innovation development through managing and solving innovation, production, product registration related issues
and leverage R&D, PackDev, Supply Chain resources to safeguard launch on time
2. Business Plan
- Develop business development plan for Baseline shampoo by addressing growth opportunities or tackle the business challenge
based on market intelligence, business status quo and channel mix
- Support to work on the ABP, PMP, QBP by contributing decks aim for a clear communication with key stakeholders
3. Brand strategy and communication
- Develop marketing strategies in baseline shampoo which will be effective in delivering the all year round volume, profit and share
objectives, as well as building brand equity among target consumers.
- Build the brand with compelling proposition and come alive with quality & tangible brand communication with execution plan in an
on-going optimization way based on deep understanding from category, consumers, competitors and local culture
- Lead the Advertising Agency to think strategically and focus on developing high quality advertising which truly leverage on
consumer insights, defending competitors and fit to brand strategic intention.
- Collaborate with consumer insight team to extract relevant insights that apply to the brand and the products.
- Collaborate with media & digital team to formulate media & digital strategy formulation and continuously enhance the effectiveness
& efficiency of targeted communication
- Drive cost effectiveness and efficiency review for advertising, media, and promotional activities, outside suppliers and agencies
- Ensure high quality deployment of merchandising guideline as well as the new tools through collaboration with trade marketing
- Monitor marketing budget spending by setting clear objectives and review mechanism, initiate adjustment on allocation to achieve
higher investment effectiveness

Qualification & Experience
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Fluent English communication skills
3. At least 4 years brand management MKTG experience in FMCG industry, experience in personal care category is preferred
4. Multi categories experience in NPD and brand communication
5. Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking
6. Resilience, be able to dealing with ambiguity and strong interpersonal /communication skills
7. Insightful, good sense of beauty
