Location: Shanghai

Support Channel: DOS + Franchisee + Wholesale

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal OTB planning and all merchandise analysis (including buying efficiency and assortment analysis, etc.)
  • Compile and submit all necessary sales performance (sell through, forecasts, budgets, etc.) information on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, seasonal) for manager’s view
  • Support line manager for order, re-order, mark down proposal and result analysis
  • Monitor stock receipt, including delivery status, product cycle. Provide action on transfer, consolidation, and season end return to maximize product activity
  • Provide and analyze competitors’ prices to recommend retail price
  • Understanding client’s request on product feedback and delivery. Deliver regular channel insight report and provide ongoing feedback to Global Merchandising and Wholesale team
  • Servicing clients with close order follow up (order + re-order). Providing order recommendations for improvement and follow up, ensuring budget minimum is achieved
  • Resolve client problems/issues in a timely manner
  • Foster effective relationship with HQ Merchandising Dept. for order optimization and report market intelligence for future product development and commercial needs
  • Prepare seasonal product training materials and provide training to all channels as required
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned by line manager


  • University degree or above
  • Solid experience in merchandising planning and OTB
  • Strong analytical skills: must be advanced in Excel
  • Strong in communication and presentation skills: must be advanced in Power Point
  • Interpersonal skills, mature attitude, team worker, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines, and able to inspire others
  • Passion for product, proactive and detail oriented, with retail mindset
  • Fluent in English
