· Achieve sales target though effectively implement channel activities and events, effective market visits, ensure sales performance. Maintain customer relationship, improve customer service level.
· Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising) for the assigned territory or channels or combination
· Implement Field Sales Plan for the assigned territory
· Develop and execute the category channel plan for the assigned category or channel or combination in line with business requirements
· Support in identification of customer Insight/actionable idea and develop execution
· 2020 Fresh Graduates with bachelor's degree or above
· Strong interest and enthusiasm in FMCG or Food industry
· Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
· Willing to start from the day-to-day work, be able to learn and adapt quickly, and challenge themselves
· Rapid learning ability and teamwork spirit
· Effectively get things done with and through different types of people
