Responsibilities 

    

l   解答客户关于货物清关状态的查询,并且给到客户如何可以顺利清关提供合理的解决方案和建议。

    

l   在系统中及时更新快件清关信息。

    

l   对于发生异常情况的货件,应及时与发件国或代理报关行联系。

    

l   与其他部门协调清关后续的工作,使客户的投诉得到妥善处理。

    

l   报关数据处理及报关系统基本维护;

    

l   报关数据资料的审核、存档;完成工作相关报表。

    

l   与客户保持良好的合作关系,促进货量的增长

    

    

    

Responsibilities  

    

l   Answer customers' inquiries about the status of customs clearance of goods, and provide customers with reasonable solutions and suggestions on how to smooth customs clearance.

    

l   Update express customs clearance information in the system in time.

    

l   For shipments with abnormal conditions, you should promptly contact the sending country or the customs broker.

    

l   Coordinate the follow-up work of customs clearance with other departments, so that customer complaints can be properly handled.

    

l   Customs declaration data processing and basic maintenance of the declaration system;

    

l   Review and archive customs declaration data; complete work-related reports.

    

l   Maintain good cooperative relations with customers and promote the growth of cargo volume

    

    

    

Requirements

    

l   学历:专科及以上学历

    

l   良好的与内外部客户沟通的能力

    

l   1年以上相关客服工作经验和报关相关业务知识

    

l   持有报关员证(optional)

    

l   英语能力要求良好的听说读写能力

    

l   能独立并自觉地完成工作

    

l   有团队合作意识

    

l   计算机系统及office软件运用熟练 

    

    

Requirements

    

l   Education: college degree and above

    

l   Good communication skills with internal and external customers

    

l   More than 1 year of relevant customer service work experience and customs declaration-related business knowledge

    

l   Hold a customs broker certificate (optional)

    

l   English proficiency requirements: good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

    

l   Ability to complete work independently and consciously

    

l   A sense of teamwork

    

l   Familiar with computer system and office software
