- Handling daily customer inquiries through phone, fax and email.
- The incumbent is accountable for processing customer orders and acting as the primary contact for customers on all order-related enquiries.
- Handling complaints
- Maintaining high service levels and improving overall service processes and quality
- Handle other jobs assigned by team leader
- 2+ year’s relevant experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
- Fluent in English written and orally.
- Outstanding telephone manners and highly customer-oriented.
- Internship experience in foreign invested companies in similar position is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft office products.
