Receive forecasts from customers, then work with vendors to ensure they understand these forecasts, and have production plans in place to deliver against these forecasts, so as to ensure 100% OTIFEF deliveries.2. Analyse weekly sales and stock information from customers and communicate with them any changes to forecasts going forward3. Work with vendors to use forecasts to take costs out of their supply chain - CPR for the company;4. To educate vendors on company supply chain principles as well as definition of LRD and OTIF. To further help vendors take costs/inefficiencies out of their supply chain.5. To work with merchandising team to ensure the company continue to source new vendors that are able to support our growth plan.6. To ensure regular operational review meetings take place with key vendors, particularly poor performers.7. Develop close working relationship with OPCO supply chain teams.8. To work closely with sourcing and QA teams to minimize chance of delay shipments9. Ensure all CPAs are managed and delivered OTIFEF, working with both the OPCO SC teams and sourcing and QA teams.10. Regular vendor visits to ensure production plans are in place and being adhered to, particularly for key seasonal projects and large range reviews.Requirements:1. At least 3 years supply chain management experience, preferably in import-export supply chains;2. University graduate with bachelor degree, preferably in supply chain management, logistics or business studies;3. Production/manufacturing knowledge would be an advantage;4. Excellent communication & negotiation skills5. Highly numerate and PC literate6. Strong analytical and problem solving skills7. Fluent, both written and verbally, in English. 工作职责:1.协助部门领导完善单证管理制度和单证工作流程2.收发货管理,规范供应商预约操作,对供应商来货预约和实际到货情况进行统计分析3.对供应商送货接收确认单进行打印及验收4.对发货至RDC清单的打印,对发货至上海各门店商品清单的整理及打印5.对在途商品及退货商品进行系统管理6.调价商品牌价的打印及整理,牌价发放的管理7.关注SAP系统中的相关数据,对收货、发货、转仓、团购、在途处理、退货、牌价打印模块的操作进行监督和指导,确保各模块操作的准确性8.安排各单证员对各类单据进行收集、整理,并根据一定的标准进行归档9.为仓库的盘点操作和盘点结果分析提供系统支持,RF枪的系统维护和权限分配10.根据实际作业量对下属班组的排班情况进行合理调配任职资格:1.三年以上工作经验,一年以上相关管理工作经验 2.具备一定物流专业知识,熟悉仓储、单证作业流程3.熟悉SAP单证相关模块的操作,熟练使用MS Office软件4.有较强的沟通协调能力、数据分析能力、现场管理能力
