1、能够独立完成SAP HR模块和其他人事系统的权限管理,及系统中的组织架构和岗位配置等。 2、负责HR信息化项目的实施和推广,完成项目实施过程中的需求确认和功能分析。 3、负责组织进行系统新功能的测试和培训。 4、协助编写系统使用的操作手册,帮助其他HR人员解决日常系统操作的问题。 5、及时建立和更新人事的各项DOA规定。岗位要求:1、本科及以上学历,计算机、管理等相关专业优先。 2、 3年以上人事相关系统的操作经验。 3、有较强的逻辑分析能力和独立解决问题的能力,excel操作熟练。 4、具有高度责任感,适应高强度的工作压力,耐心,细心。 5、愿意学习新知识, 具备较强的自学能力。 6、有SAP相关使用经验者优先考虑。
