CRM planning & reporting Steer & maintain the performance of the HB Mainland China CRM Programs through defined and agreed KPIs, implement CRM loyalty programs;Lead the enhancing personalised communication with target customer in the market by -Information & education -Promotion & incentives -Utilisation by partner relationships on customer sustainment Work with agency on creative program by rewarding customer and analysing customer purchase behavior monthly and yearly.Lead and train area managers and training team about every CRM programs or system updates from global and local level. Lead CRM agency to provide monthly reporting and share with the entire internal group every month. 2. Data Marketing Closely work with HQ CRM team to carry out routine CRM Programs and data managing topics within Mainland China area;Support various functions to provide the customer data based on their needs such as retail team and etc;Responsible for data collection to achieve capture rate over 90%. Maintain healthy data rate and communicate with operation team/store managers to keep the positive momentum. Enhance the database utilisation, analysis/understand consumer behaviours and expectation in Mainland China Market;Maintain database and reward/differentiate/retain members in local market;Working closely with digital social and E-Commerce team to integrate CRM database with SCRM program/.CN and TMALL database as a complete one. 3. Performance and feedback Consolidate the requirements from Mainland China Marketing, Retail team and introduce them into the CRM programs;Support sales target via prospect CRM program to achieve sales target from HB Mainland China leads;Work with HQ CRM team and agency by providing planning, monitoring and review reports of CRM Program. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT At least 3 years’ in house or agency relevant experience in CRM industry;Presentable, responsible, passionate;Degree holder in Communication, Marketing or related discipline;Customer oriented, detail-minded, self-reliant, adaptable, be able to solve problem and manage time effectively;Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.Excellent skills in Powerpoint and Excel.

To develop and implement effective and proactive communication strategy and activities for CM division in Asia Pacific.   Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities  ·        Reporting to the RBU head of Monomers Asia Pacific, this role is responsible for the development and execution of effective and proactive communication strategy for CM Asia Pacific (Isocyanates, Polyamides, Inorganics business) ·        Advise CM RBU Head and its management leadership team on all communications-related issues including investment projects and update regularly in CM Asia Pacific Management meeting.  ·        Working closely with Global CM Communications, Regional Corporate Communications and Country Corporate Communications to ensure messaging is consistent to all stakeholders and in accordance with corporate communication policies and standards. This role holder is also a member of the Asia Pacific Corporate Affairs Leadership Team. ·        The key roles include managing external communications and public relations, branding and internal communications.  External communications  ·        Investment communication – Develop communication plan and timeline for high level investment projects of new production plants. Conduct risk assessment and advise the communication approach during “Make or Buy” evaluation stage. Develop key messages, standby statements and Q&A in term of different scenarios. Plan and work closely with product and marketing team to develop pre-marketing campaign before, during and after the completion of local production plant for achieving the business growth.  ·        Marketing communication - Plan and implement marketing communications strategy in industry-oriented approach for Monomers Asia Pacific. Formulate communications plans and initiatives specific to certain business segments and local markets. Formulate and implement excellent integrated marketing campaign (customer events, promotions, fairs and exhibitions, advertising and online / social media etc.) for product launches, innovation, sustainability and industry target groups etc. ·        Issues Management & Business advocacy – Identify current and emerging issues (industry-related, social, economic, cultural or otherwise) that are likely to affect the organization and its perception among key constituents. Issues include safety and sustainability (TDI, MDI, CPL, phosgene safety, insulation for construction). Work closely with the global and regional communications network to build strategic communications plans to proactively manage these issues in order to protect and enhance the company's reputation and brand. Coordinate with issue owners to follow up and update the strategies and actions for the monthly Regional Advocacy Report.  ·        Crisis communication - Develop crisis communications plan and manage the implementation of the plan in response to emerging crisis incidents. Ensure escalation is managed in an appropriate and timely manner for the business. ·        Public relations – Develop and Implement PR strategy in trade media. Handle incoming media enquiries and foster good working contacts with trade journalists. Invite journalists for interviews. Ensure good coverage of CM topics in trade media. Coordinate briefing documents for media interviews and support top management communications. ·        Branding - Develop and implement a consistent product branding strategy for the RBU as part of the division’s global branding strategy. Systematic and continuous exploitation of branding opportunities. Ensure an effective brand risk management in term of brand alliance with third parties. ·        Digital and social media communications – Provide creative input (whether in content or campaign structuring) that enables business segments to position themselves on various digital channels to specific stakeholders and markets.  Internal communications ·        Assist the RBU Head in efficient leadership communications within the RBU, the Division and the Region. ·        Strengthen employee communications at offices and sites by developing and implementing tools such as internal newsletter, intranet, employee activities etc. ·        Manage and implement the communication plan for various projects related to organizational changes and facilitate a platform for open communication among internal stakeholders.     Job Requirements (minimum requirement to carry out the work) Education §  Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing or Mass Communications Working Experience ·        8 years working experience in public relations, project management, and marketing communication, preferably both in agency and in-house. ·        8 years working experience in an international and multicultural environment ·        Strong competence in influencing and impact in order to lead the RBU Com in a complex region and influence global, regional and local counter-parts ·        Excellent creative and conceptual abilities (planning, analytical, creative, client and goal oriented) ·        Intercultural/international management and negotiation skills and good understanding of Asian markets and its cultures in particular ·        High commitment and willingness for working hands-on ·        Flexibility to travel in the region Technical & Professional Knowledge ·        Excellent English and preferably good Mandarin language verbal and written communication skills ·        A good level of knowledge of Content Management System, HTML, JavaScript, Google Analytics, and mobile apps would be an advantage. ·        Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
