DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Draft, edit, translate and file all the documents related to MAO and CMO functions, including policies, procedures and forms (including consent forms);2.Follow up and keep each stakeholder posted by checking government official documents, JCI measurable elements, consulting with the lawyer to ensure that the relevant policies and procedures are consistent with the Chinese law and government regulations;3.Send the finalized draft or amended documents to Medical Policy Committee (MPC) and Medical Record Committee (MRC) for review and approval on a periodical basis; 4.Serve as the contact person in MAO to provide advice to physicians on the questions related to the standard clinical practice in Jiahui Health; 5.Formulate and implement internal audit plans based on management standards of each discipline and Jiahui Health, and work on relevant reports according to the audit results;6.Make improvement plans based on audit results, and ensure the effective implementation of these plans by selecting indicators or using other traceability and quantitative methods. REQUIREMENTS1.Prefer 5 years of experience in healthcare setting, minimum 3-year experience working in medical administration; 2.Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations related to clinical side; 3.Skilled in English communication and writing; 4.Stable, hard-working and conscientious;5.Excellent communication skills and problem analysis & solving skills.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责:(A) ADMINISTRATION (80%)Work with clinical and administrative leaders to develop new services. Coordinate with clinical users and relevant supporting departments in the smooth implementation of new services and daily operations.Maintain liaison with all levels of clinical staff and providers to coordinate the clinical business, accomplish directives and to facilitate the resolution of issues, concerns and problems. Work with Office of Quality and Safety to establish and maintain audit reporting standards required by government agencies. Responsible for the recruiting, hiring and onboarding of staff.Evaluate supervisory and administrative workloads to ensure quality, equitable distribution and to determine whether reduction or addition of personnel is necessary.Assist the Department Chief with the onboarding of supporting staff and/or clinical staff. Assist in the establishment and maintenance of annual budgets, planning and analytics to evaluate department’s performance. Support clinical teams in the development, reviewing, of patient-centric work processes to support high quality clinical practice and standardization to ensure optimal efficiency and safe delivery of care.Identify service discrepancies and work on process improvements, rectify service lapses and develop alternative plans.Conduct complaint/feedback investigations and coordinate with clinical users on complaint resolution and process improvements.Coordinate with clinical users and procurement department for best value for medical equipment.(B) GENERAL (20%)Support hospital level activities as well as administrator on-call duties and committee/workgroup secretariat. Pre-Professional Education2.1 Develops, plans, delivers and evaluates orientation programme for nursing students in line with the requirement of both academic institution and Jiahui Health2.2 Assists in liaising with Academic Institutions on curricular and clinical performance issues2.3 Guides and coaches UNE and preceptors to provide effective clinical supervision and preceptorship2.4 Manages feedback from UNE, preceptor or students, and escalates to appropriate channel2.5 Participates in the grading of student’s clinical performance to ensure accurate and objective results achieved2.6 Participate/lead in pre-professional clinical curriculum improvement project 3. Clinical Practice Standard3.1 Reviews to ensure that all competency checklists are up-to-date and provides necessary training for practice changes 3.2 Plays the role of resource person for nurses who encounter difficulties in the care delivery in own professional specialty3.3 Participates/leads clinical quality improvement project4.
