PMO and QC Assistant:
Responsible for Project Management and budget steering and Overall PMO and
Responsible for the Quality control work and lab accreditation maintaining
Responsible for department PR work
Being responsible of:
Budget and Cost
Support the regular budget Forecast planning data for any cost centers required, and
preparing presentations to deliver input to Controlling and BBT-E central steering.
Support in any cost matters
Support the purchasing tasks, including but not limited to review the correctness of
essential purchasing documentations, such as equipment one-pagers, bidders’ lists, RFQ,
etc. Check if there is planned budget resourcing for each purchasing requirement.
Quality Control Work
Support the document preparing and modifying including but not limits to handbook,
quality procedures, WIs controlling, and other technology and quality documents.
Department PR work
Support with Department PR work including newsletter steering, best you etc.
Overall PMO and organization
Be responsible for LOP, write minutes and actions in meetings and follow up LOP actions.
Support in any organizational or PMO matters
Support all organizational and administrative PMO tasks, on a day-to-day basis, like
meetings, LOP, project organization, schedule, reporting.
The person should have the following or similar characteristics, competences, skills or
Local PMO consultant, 100% capacity
Bachelor degree or above. Studying or working experience at overseas is preferred.
CNAS internal auditor training certificate.
Flash 2 certificate.
At least 3 years' experience within the field of project management, PMO, scheduling or similar,
preferably in the automotive industry.
Good office tools operating ability (Excel, Outlook, SAP etc.)
Good team player with outstanding communication skills
Structural work approach and analytical thinking skills
Familiar with BBA process
Good English written and spoken, German language preferred.
