Pratt Whitney Canada       Key Job Responsibilities                                                                           1.     Serving as key Customer-facing liaison, responsible for regular internal and external communication, building strong Customer relationships and managing Customer mood – making escalations infrequent, and improving overall health of assigned Customer accounts for New Spares and Repairs  2.     Providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring of the Frontline CSR teams for New Spares and Repairs to build community and to improve throughput, productivity, and overall Customer Experience    3.     Acting as Customers’ first escalation point to resolve problems – internal and external – when issues are not able to be resolved in a timely manner by the Frontline CSR teams for New Spares and Repairs    4.     Resolving shortage issues by making sure to explore all options and ensuring “voice of the Customer” is at the forefront of all conversations and decisions    5.     Managing assigned Customer OORs and special assigned internal accounts, i.e. RMAMISC, RMANC, EXT, eStock, Warranty, etc., by working proactively with assigned Frontline CSRs to resolve blocking issues in a timely manner    6.     Achieving mastery of assigned Customers’ requirements and flowing down information including but not limited to key contractual information, discount structure, etc.    7.     Developing and communicating accurate sales forecasts to Management and I&P Team    8.     Establishing and validating KPIs, i.e. Cash On Time, QBRs, R.A.I.L.s, etc., with assigned Customers    9.     Making process improvements to enhance the overall Customer Experience   10.   Actively growing knowledge of parts, engine models, aircraft, and fleets       Other Duties11.   Performing miscellaneous other duties and assignments as directed     12.   Travelling as required    Education      Bachelor's degree required  Experience/Qualifications      Minimum of 2 years’ customer account management experience preferred Additional Comments      The appropriate candidate will possess the following skills/experience: ·          Experience building customer relationships and cultivating sales ·         Strong communication skills – written and verbal ·      Strong business acumen ·          Attention to detail ·         Follow-up and follow-through skills with the ability to problem solve ·          A working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word ·          Fluency in a foreign language (preferred)                         *             United Technologies Corporation is    An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. All qualified applicants    will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color,    religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status.             简历必须是中英文。老板是美国人,英文口语必须流利,工作地点不限,由于HC限制,本岗位是中智劳务派遣,但薪酬福利都和正式员工一样。
