Working as Gree Residential HVAC sales to ensure keeping the momentum of our strategy to enlarge the targeted business growth area for commercial.Also this position needs to take charge for 2nd tier HVAC and Robotics customers as Topband,Broadocean,GSK,Chigo for commerical opportunities.
*Closely working with BU and Gree to identify long term joint roadmap and opportunity(funnel) aligning with CCO to execute & lead on the design pipeline.
*Enhance the TQRDC as cooperation&leading with linked team to breakthrough in Gree.
*Enhance the customer relationship and confidence in ON's HVAC solution capability and penetrate for next generation new products.
*Protect and business transition in Gree residential aircon.
*Driving for solution selling as a bundled solution.
