一、Roles and Responsibilities： (Including major work content)

1、Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.

2、Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.

3、Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.

4、Collaborating with configuration control and R&D engineering regarding product tooling and design to ensure

effectual production methods.

5、Working closely with manufacturing department to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for

employees.

6、Providing engineering support in NPI projects, designing and developing manufacturing processes for

enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero

defect level and low product cost.

7、Carry out failure analysis, to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.

二、Job Qualifications:

1、 Be familiar with auto optical alignment machine. Capable for machine parameter setting and programming.

2、Be familiar with auto die bonding and wire bonding or laser welding machine.

3、Good experience on fixture design.

4、Be familiar with glue bonding process and die bond / wire bond /soldering process

5、Good command of English writing and oral skills.

6、PFMEA experience is preferable.
