岗位职责:1、负责车间生产设备的点巡检。2、负责车间生产设备的故障检修。3、负责车间生产设备的预防性维护、计划性检修。4、负责车间生产设备的性能改善。5、负责培训操作人员安全、维护、维修、基础知识。 任职资格:一、 招聘要求:普通话流利,具备良好的团队协作及沟通能力;身体健康,35周岁以下。二、 资质要求:具备中级电工及以上职业资质认证(效期内),或机电一体化相关专业。          中专及以上学历          具备电工操作证书(效期内)。三、技能要求:1、熟悉电气的基本理论和安全技术要求,对弱电、强电具有丰富的实际操作经验;2、熟悉电路控制与机械设备的接口关系;3、熟悉设备的维护和保养基本程序,能独立解决电路的故障;4、具有识图、制图能力,能看懂电气原理图、电气安装接线图等;会运用AUTOCAD等制图软件绘制设备部件图。5、具备计算机操作能力,会使用文档编辑软件。5、熟练掌握电工工具的使用,了解机械原理、结构,并具备一定的钳工技能。6、了解用电适用的环境法律法规。7、了解生产环境的环境因素、重要环境因素和相关的消防知识。四、优先项1、有3年以上医药、食品制造行业的设备维修、保养经验;2、熟悉PLC、触摸屏等控制器程序语言,具有一定的编程能力。3、有提升设备效能的改善案例。
