职位信息

1) IL6S进程PHASE3阶段,PM支柱工作及进程规划及其他支柱互动

i. 负责PM支柱的对外、对内的联系和交流

ii. 负责PM支柱的知识学习、人员培训、技能认证、工作计划制定

iii. 负责PM支柱阶段的推进、人员辅导、健康检查、阶段审核

iv. 负责与其他支柱进行沟通、互相支持、有机配合,共同达成PHASE3的共同目标


2) 自动化项目的参与及主导

i. 所有参与的项目,达到PM3/AM3的预期要求

ii. 项目结束,完成TTT的技术转移


3) 在PM系统的维护上,与QM、SHE等部门配合,完成系统审核的需求与维修信息管理系统(SAP)有效统一,实现简化和高效

i. 通过在线或远程,解决网络通信及数字化平台问题


4) 培训发展

i. 自我提升计划的发展

ii. SG人员及电气技术员的培训和发展

iii. 电气技术类培训材料的制作和培训


1)During IL6S Phase3 step, be in charge of PM pillar work, process planning and other pillar interactions

I. Responsible for external and internal contact and communication of PM pillar

Ii. Responsible for PM pillar knowledge learning, personnel training, skill certification and work planning

Iii. Responsible for PM pillar stage promotion, personnel guidance, system health check and stage audit

Iv. Responsible for communicating, supporting and coordinating with other pillars to achieve the common goal of Phase3


2) take part in or lead some automation projects

I. All participating projects meet the expected requirements of PM3 / AM3

Ii. complete TTT technology transfer after project end


3) maintain the PM system and cooperate with QM, SHE and other departments to pass all type's audit from external or internal organization, integrate maintenance information management system (SAP), keep it simple and effecient

I. Solve problems of network communication and digital platforms by on line or under line


4) training development

I. continous develop eletrical technology by self learning and other opportunity

Ii. Train and develop SG members and electrical technicians

Iii.develop electrical technical training materials


任职要求:

专业:电气自动化、电子通信工程等专业

学历:全日制本科及以上

语言:英语听说读写流利, 六级及以上

共作经验:在电气领域维修2年以上,或具有工厂自动化设备管理经验


Major: electrical automation, electronic communication engineering, computer, etc

Education: full-time univercity graduated, bachelor degree or above

Language: fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, cet-6 or above

Work experience: at least 2 years maintenance in electrical field, or factory automation equipment management experience
