1.Develop, maintain and regularly filing personal information and contracts to keep the HR system updated;
2.Collect the information of the annual budget，salary，bonus from each department to help HRM complete the annual budget ，salary，bonus calculation;
3.Complete the HR reports with the requirements to help HO HR obtain the fresh information from the first line;
4.Prepare and implement the annual training plan to dig employees ‘potential and promote the staffing relationship;
5.Handling Performance Management training and implement the process to support line Department to evaluate and develop the employees by the correct way;
Mobility needs you
1.Bachelor or above.
2.Minimum 1 years HR Experience.
3.Familiar with Human Resource management policy and operations;
4.Knowledge of PRC HR laws & regulations;
5.Basic command of oral and written English & Mandarin;
6.Basic interpersonal & communication skills and team work;
7.Basic planning, organizing, coordinating capacity;
