1.Support quality supervisor to process quality control and meet quality target.
2.Stop line and analyze quality problem when the process quality reject rate is over the trigger limit target.
3.Lead continuous improvement actions to reduce the product line reject & scrap rate.
4.Implement containment actions immediately at customer side and internal plant when customer complaint happened.
5.Investigate customer returns and submit 8D report to customer.
6.Warranty parts analysis and submit report to customer
7.Participate and support customer audit
Key Required Qualification:
1.College degree or above, major in Science and Engineering, Electronics/mechanical engineering is preferred
2.CET 4 or above, good written and spoken in English
3.1year experiences above, Fresh graduate also can be considered
4. IATF16949 system experience & have knowledge of APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA will be prior
