HR Manager-C&B 卓郎(江苏)纺织机械有限公司苏州赐来福分公司 乌鲁木齐 1-1.5万/月 04-19

学历要求:本科|工作经验:8-9年|公司性质:合资|公司规模:500-1000人

1.To maintain a balance C&B structure based on company situation and market factors, including but not limited to:-Job analysis, job evaluation/classification, and salary survey participation-Merit increase mechanisms-Retirement, pension and superannuation plans-Local Support on Expatriate and executive compensation-Salary structure application and implementation, and compensation proposals (e.g., salary decision for new hires, salary adjustment for promotion, and internal transfer, etc.)2.Employee P-file, master data maintenances.3.Payroll and benefits administration (e.g. SI & PHF, IIT etc.).4.Employee benefits (e.g., insurance, health, motor vehicles, perquisites).5.Overall responsible for data integrity, make sure HR process are compliance with Audit requirement.6.Contact window as Providing visa and immigration services in Xinjiang.7.Providing labor law, tax and social security consulting services in Xinjiang.8.To analyze and evaluate Xinjiang market data as well as internal data about the company’s current employee population and future human resource needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the company’s reward strategy and manage cost of resources effectively.9.C&B related communication.10.To participate in Great China HR Projects (e.g. HR system go-live) as C&B focal in Xinjiang.11.Other tasks assigned by line manager.Job Requirement:1.Bachelor degree or above.2.At least 8 years HR working experience, with at least 5 years’ experience focusing on C&B. Experience with MNCs is preferred.3.Experience in multi-national business environment is required.4.Mastery of MS Office software, especially Excel.5.Good organizational and planning abilities.6.Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability.7.Good working knowledge of local labor legislation and regulations.8.Proficient English and Mandarin both in oral and written,any western language is a plus.9.Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.备注:此岗位为卓郎新疆智能有限公司招聘
