Working in a location with low complex and low risk products? Working in a location with multiple types of customer and commercial teams.? Advanced Managing & Improving FSQR - Delivers intermediate processing that are aligned, effective & optimize Cargill resources? Advanced communication- Interfaces effectively and proactively with other functions,such operation,commercial,government,customer,third party,etc.? Advanced people management- Organization development,talent management, people performance management.?
