Key Accountabilities:-Controls and manages product/sales projects to assure they meet strategic objectives while managing impact on affected customers, entities, plants and departments. -Lead plant new product transfer/APD process for trial and mass production.-Manage customized project as for technical support on meet customer request.-Plant continuous improvement projects include optimize value stream, quality improvement, cost reduction, process improvement.-Lead engineering team support or industrial filtration products design per customer request.-Product cost management, support on standard product cost maintenance, special quotation to customer by project base.-Manufacturing process support include fixture/tolling design and upgrade, manufacturing process standard work, standard routing definition, maintain Oracle system, item management.-Gathers and analyzes information for decision making and actions related to product engineering. -Provides project leadership to define, plan, organize and manage assigned projects management. Communicates projects status and manages overall plant planning for meet with customer request.-Develops and documents improved processes and procedures for projects related progress as for quality/lead time as part of a cross functional team. -Supports the point of manufacture process through data analysis and develops procedures surrounding the decision-making criteria. -Understands and uses fundamentals of strategic planning. -Initiates and integrates ideas in novel ways. -Takes responsibility for setting goals for teams and communicating individual responsibilities to achieve the goals. -Delegates and directs the work of others across business units related entities, plants, suppliers/vendors and departments.-And other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education Qualification:-Bachelor degree or above, College education in engineering or mechanism. Relevant Experience: -Minimum 7+ year's professional level experience in product engineering management, production control, project management.-Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to influence people within all levels of the organization -Proven track record of ability to collaborate with sales/marketing, general management to produce acceptable business results. -Demonstrated and proven technical and business leadership. -Successful experience performing within quality programs (e.g. Six Sigma, Lead Manufacturing, etc.) is strong preference.-Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. -Excellent organizational skills Others (% of travel, language, etc.):-Fluent in English-Able to travel 10% of the time outside most for local customer site.
