Establishes and supervises preventive maintenance program, develops and implements preventive maintenance plan on plant building and facilities. Ensures that all facilities in good condition to provide strong support to plant production, and ensures the facilities in compliance with safety and environmental standards. 5. Maintains up-to-date operation and maintenance procedures for all plant facilities (drawings, catalogues, and equipment lists, spare part lists) to meet requirement of quality system. 6. Analysis the monitor the electric consumption of the plant, initiate and take appropriate contermeasures including management and technical solutions to meet the energy saving requirements. 7. Spare parts management for all above activities, plan and organize the inventory according to the forecast and safety stock, initiate localization activities to reduce cost, stock management to make sure the stock keeping conditions, acuracy and FIFO etc. 8. Plan the budget of facility maintenance activites and control spending activities accordingly. 9. Provides technical support to improve plant safety and environmental protection. 10. Ensures all contractors projects comply with government regulations, EHS standards and company policy. 11. The Employee shall be responsible for other duties, which may be instructed from time to time by the Company.
