1.Achieve project launch and engineering change timing and manufacturing requirements, ensuring that all documentation, reviews and authorities are complete
2. Provide clear communication to internal and external customer and supplier
3. Act as the point person to the customer. Regular meeting at the customer side, receive customer requirement and make the action plan to make the requirement into effective;
4. Regular internal program meeting, facilitate teams to address identified issues to keep the team in the same page, and provide the direction for the next step
5.Provide team work and leadership for program teams and production support.
6. Act as the window contact person between the purchasing, CEC and the seat plant, ensure that these teams achieve all customer and company requirements including quality, cost, delivery, product performance and customer satisfaction 做好采购、CEC和工厂之间的沟通协调工作，使团队充分了解客户和公司对质量、成本、交付、产品性能和客户满意度方面的要求

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin language capabilities
3.Minimum 3 years working experience in Automotive parts companies with program management
4.Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player
