We are now looking for a PCB Fab Supplier and Quality Senior Manager to join our dynamic and diverse team. As a regional leader you will establish and implement quality and reliability standards for our Printed Circuit Boards and ensuring supplier performance to these standards throughout the Product Life Cycle. Reporting to PCB fab Operations Senior Management, you will be based in Asia and lead a local team of Quality Engineers. As a key participant the multi-functional development team you will ensure the overall technical operational readiness leading into Mass Production using Asia based PCB fab suppliers. What you’ll be doing You will improve and administer quality programs and process controls for early detection of issues and produce product of the highest level. You will analyze process data required to manage product quality and collaborate with suppliers on a regular basis. You will share dppm and RMA feedback to drive failure analysis, root cause corrective action and process improvement. Partnering with Nvidia technical teams you will assess and qualify new PCB suppliers and contribute to the development of the PCB technical and supplier strategy. You will handle supplier relationships, track supplier performance and drive improvement plans, lead quality audits. You will characterize processes and establish controls to optimize yield, lead-time and product cost. You will support RFQ (request for quotation) process, validate and secure ideal pricing and negotiate product cost. Minimize product risk & supplier risk by preventive action and contingency planning Personnel management of local technical resources What we need to see You will have MS/BS degree in Chemical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
