Position Summary:Reporting to the director of Strategy and Business Process in TüV SüD Product Service (PS) Division.You will be responsible for the business process engineering with the starting point of ensuring the successful implementation and operation of the TüV SüD Laboratory Management System (TLIMS). This system will enable 47 laboratories across the globe in the area of chemical, microbiological and physical testing to operate in a highly efficient and well harmonized manner. As business process engineer, you will work with the business operations to understand the current business process, and design harmonized target process, to support the rollout of the TLIMS system. Job Responsibilities:1.During development and rollout of the TLIMS you will be part of the TLIMS Project team and will be a partner to the project leader of this project. Your main task will be to interact with the (future) users of the system from operational to management level to ensure that the system is supporting the users and processes overall in the best manner. In this respect your tasks will be especially:a.lead the project team to design target processes applying BPMN for the laboratories based on current requirements, best practice approaches and possible standardization across the organization;b.Lead the change management to ensure the implementation of the target business process;c.Manage the roll-out to all laboratories;d.manage the communication to all related stake-holders.Location:1.China;2.Regular travels to the laboratories internationally, mainly China, South Asia, and Germany;3.Global mobility for meetings and task forces. Job Requirements:1.Solid understanding of modern process management and process documentation, experience in BPMN;2.Hands-on experience in the application of business process analysis tools including but not limited to: Current state processes analysis, current state performance and metrics, issue identification, root cause analysis, 、business case development, cost benefit analysis, future state design, roles and responsibilities, metrics, process control and management;3.Proven ability to apply business process principles to business solutions;4.Ability to create visualization and models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business capabilities;5.Proven facilitation skills with previous experience designing workshops, facilitating sessions and working with teams to gain crucial input from key contributors;6.Proven analytical skills to assess problems and develop solutions/improvements;7.Strong situational analysis and decision making abilities;8.Expertise in the field of Laboratory or Production Information Management Systems preferred;9.Experience in change management;10.Manages stakeholder expectations, maintaining focus on overall deliverables, and applying contractual terms of engagement;11.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations;12.Experience with agile approach/scrum preferred;13.Solid knowledge in IT;14.Fluent in written and spoken English.
